Jean Davis is a career strategist who assists individual clients in transition.
She is skilled at helping individuals who are faced with the challenge of letting go of an earlier career choice, experiencing the ambivalence of not knowing exactly where to go next and reattaching to a new career choice. Jean holds a Ph.D. in English Literature and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology; both degrees are from Northwestern University.
She is trained in adult development and intervention with an emphasis on career management and individual and systems interactions. She has several years of business experience with responsibilities for sales, marketing, training and human resource management.
She has taught on the faculties of Northwestern University and Cleveland State University. She currently serves as a consultant to business, health-care, education and government and is in private practice as career counselor, executive coach and outplacement consultant.
